Patient Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site Patient Coordinator role located in Miami, FL. The Patient Coordinator will handle daily client-facing tasks including managing appointment scheduling, overseeing receptionist duties, and addressing patient inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with patients, ensuring a welcoming front-office experience, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties professionally
• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and managing office calendars effectively
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology and healthcare-specific processes
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients and team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a medical or aesthetics-related environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare administration are advantageous
